If you’re a business, education authority or charity we can offer you (subject to status) a free 30 day business account with access to bespoke pricing and the advantage of ordering online and paying by invoice. All our prices include VAT and free delivery direct to your door anywhere in the UK. From time to time we run special offers on products or across our entire store and separate terms and conditions will apply to these individual offers at the time. You have 14 working days from the day you receive delivery in which to advise us of your wish to return the goods. Some items like Furniture or bespoke items are non returnable – please check before ordering. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unassembled and in a resalable condition. We can offer an exchange, a credit note towards your next purchase or refund your money dependant on circumstances. Please note that if an item is returned after fourteen days for any other reason than it is faulty and you have requested a refund, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% or £4.50 (whichever is the highest) of the purchase price of the item that has been returned. Items returned to us due to a manufacturer’s fault later than 28 days after the item was delivered will be eligible for a repair or direct replacement only up to 12 months from purchase. Every item that is returned to us shall be inspected and tested upon receipt. In order to accept an item as being faulty, we must be able to replicate the described fault when tested. A replacement will be authorised should a fault be found. Where a direct replacement cannot be offered, or a repair is not economical we will offer an exchange / credit note towards any other item on the website. If no fault can be found by our test centre, the item will be returned to you at your cost. Your 14 day right of cancellation does not apply to any software products or any consumable products which (by their very nature) cannot be returned e.g. Ink Cartridges. Credit shall not be given for goods received damaged. The buyer shall, unless otherwise stated be responsible for the cost of the return carriage of all goods returned which shall be at the risk of the buyer until actual receipt of the goods to Choice Stationery Supplies. We reserve the right to charge for incomplete returns, orders placed in error or not wanted. Carriage charges will be applied to any returned order that was originally shipped subject to a delivery inclusive price. Please note, therefore that because all our prices include an element of postage and packing we reserve the right to deduct a minimum of £4.50 in respect of such postage and packing from any refund relating to goods returned more than 14 days from the original date of delivery which are not found to be faulty. Before returning any item to us, you must contact us by e-mail or by telephone to notify us so that we can issue you with a returns authorisation number number. Please note that returns sent back without a valid and clearly marked returns authorisation number number may be refused or returned at your cost. After contacting us by e-mail your enquiry will be processed and you will be allocated a returns authorisation number which must be clearly visible on the outside packaging. You may also give instructions on how and where to send your return. Please note that we aim to process all returned items within 72 hours but credits / refunds can take up to seven working days to be processed. It is your responsibility to ensure that items are packaged sufficiently prior to returning them. Proof of return delivery will remain with the buyer. Please note that proof of postage is not proof of receipt. We will not be held responsible for items which are damaged or lost in transit. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that all returned items reach us safely (unless otherwise agreed).
